Egg-Free Desserts

I've been a foodie all my life but my food allergies often prevented me from enjoying treats at the bakery or in restaurants.

Today, I enjoy making egg-free versions of sumptuous deserts ranging from cheesecake, pies and tarts to breads, cupcakes, muffins and more! I make pie crusts and icing, etc. all from scratch using organic and local ingredients whenever possible and accept up to 100% payment in Madison Hours or the bartering equivalent.

Recently, a friendly, vegan Madison couple who were having their kitchen re-done asked if I could make a few dishes on an occasional basis. It was my first time cooking and baking vegan, but it turned out to be a lot of fun. I've posted a couple images of the few items I remembered to snap pictures of for those who are interested.
